All terms & conditions mentioned below by "Book Your Slot" group i.e. Mechcity Private Limited and its subsidiaries are part of our mutual agreement and are subject to be strictly followed
Book Your Slot Is not responsible for the any violations of the same at any given point of time.
Violation of any terms/conditions mentioned below are subject to discontinuation of the mutually agreed contract.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of any damage to any type of personal and public belongings at or around the turf location.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of Drinking, Smoking, Bullying or any dispute scenario at or around the turf location by any personnel or staff.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of unpaid fees or failure to collect chargeable amounts at the turf location by turf operator or personnel.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of any misbehavior of customers, audience, or anyone to Turf officials, authorities, staff or member.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of any violation of the code of conduct by anybody as per turf rules and regulations.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of overcrowded turfs.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in for the absence of turf operator or personnel during booked slot times.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in case of any injuries or medical conditions during or after the slot timings booked by Book Your Slot.
Book Your Slot Is not responsible in any case of failure to customer satisfaction.
Entry to ground shall be permitted only based on full payment made per slot booked, proof of payment from Book Your Slot.
All or any payment made to Book Your Slot Shall be considered as fully paid, only upon thorough verification of the fees deposited by the applicant either by verification of the cheque through a bank or via the confirmation of the completion of online processing in the case of a net banking transaction or by any form of online, written communication.
Each time slot comprises of 30 minutes. Extension of the time shall be allowed on making payment and each extension shall not be less than 30 minutes; Such an amount that has been once paid to Book Your Slot, shall not be refunded. It can only be adjusted for future application as provided here under;In the case of the death of a member, his membership shall be either transmitted or bequeathed to his legal heir/executor/assignee.
In the event of a member undergoing a physical handicap due to any accidental causes or unforeseen circumstances, his membership shall be transferred to his next of kin.
In the case wherein the membership has been granted under the name of a minor, the membership may be transferred to the parent/guardian’s name.
The membership issued by Book Your Slot shall be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of issue; Ø The member agrees to indemnify Book Your Slot against all or any losses/damages caused to the movable or immovable properties surrounding the turf during the term of his membership, i.e. for a period of five (5) years.
The member agrees that multiple confirmations will not be entertained for their booking if and only if the member decides to make an advance payment of two or more half an hour time slots. If however, there a cancellation is intimated for the respective slot after an advance payment/collection, the following procedure laid down in the following sub-clauses are to be followed:100% of the advance collection shall be retained by Book Your Slot if an intimation of cancellation is made, 0 – 48 hour before the match. 75% of the advance collection shall be retained by Book Your Slot if an intimation of cancellation is made 48 – 96 hours before the match. 50% of the advance collection shall be retained by Book Your Slot, if an intimation of cancellation is made 96 – 120 hours before the match and 25% of the advance collection shall be retained by Book Your Slot if an intimation of cancellation is made 120 – 144 hours before the game. If a cancellation is intimated more than 144 hours from the day of the match, no amount will be deducted from the advance payment; All intimation to be made via email for proof of record. The game must follow the official rules as approved by Book Your Slot T&C on https://bookyourslot.co Players shall be allowed at a time per team on the field as per the that turfs capacity and a team is permitted only 3 rolling substitutes
CRICKET RULES: In the 8-Aside format, only 16 players are allowed to play the match, more specifically with 10 players on the field, which comprises of 7 fielders (including a wicket keeper), 1 bowler and 2 batsmen per inning. In the 6-Aside format, only 16 players are allowed to play the match, more specifically 8 players on the field, which comprises of 5 fielders (including a wicketkeeper), 1 bowler and 2 batsmen per inning;
MINI GOLF RULES: For the mini golf driving range, the minimum number of players shall be 1 with the maximum of 4 players per mini driving range;
POOL/SNOOKER RULES: For the pool tables, a minimum of 1 player and upto 4 players maximum are allowed per pool table;
All matches shall strictly follow the dress code of the respective game for which it is being played; and it is hereby expressly declared that it shall be strictly prohibited for any member to enter the turf fields with cleat, spiked and/or studded shoes. Only flat surface, sport and/or turf shoes shall be permitted on arenas or playable areas within the territorial extent of the turf;
The member shall not cause any form of loss or damage with respect to any of the property affixed on/by/adjacent or appurtenant to the field in any way, mean or manner whatsoever.
If any loss or damage is caused during the match, the member who has caused such a loss or damage shall be solely and absolutely liable, to the exclusion of Book Your Slot and any charges or bills for the repairing of such loss or damage will be sent to the member for verification. It is however, solely upon the discretion of the management and administration of Book Your Slot to select a service provider to fix the repair. The money for carrying out such repairs shall be either remitted from the member by means of the compensatory charges being paid partly or wholly either via cash, credit card, cheque and/or net banking. OR in alternative, partly or wholly utilized from the advance amount the member had deposited with Book Your Slot at the time of application OR partly via remittance by payment of charges and partly by utilization of the advance amount submitted;
The member acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily playing in the turf and has understood the risks involved and agrees to discharge and/or waive off Book Your Slot from any claims that may arise out of his/her injury/death that may be caused in/at the turfs partnered with Book Your Slot;
Book Your Slot is permitted to take and use photos and videos taken during the program for promotions, by itself or its affiliated bodies.
The member in who’s name the booking has been made hereby agrees to bear all the expenses, if any, of the damages/losses caused by a player/players or caused by/during the course of the game to the turf/fixtures in the turf.
Every member is expected to maintain the cleanliness of the sports arena/s that has been allotted to him as per the booking made. Spitting and smoking anywhere on the sports arena/ turf or immediate surrounding area within the territorial extent is strictly prohibited.
Any member or his/her teammates,(whether the teammates are a members or nonmembers) found in violation of these rules, are at risk of forfeiture of the time slot allotted to them and upon the discretion of management, the member under whose name the slot has been booked, may also be blacklisted from all Book Your Slot Booking services and online platforms.
Book Your Slot Management, staff or personnel shall not be responsible for the injuries/death of any member that has taken place on the field/arena/turf or in the adjacent premise.
Book Your Slot management does not undertake any responsibility for any kind of misbehavior/unpleasant /unsportsmanlike like conduct by players on the field. However, any member or his teammates,(whether the teammates are a members or non-members) found in violation of these rules, are at risk of forfeiture of the time slot allotted to them and upon the discretion of management, the member under whose name the slot has been booked, may also be blacklisted from all Mechcity services & platforms.
Animals are not allowed in any part of the Book Your Slot partnered arenas/turfs/fields, or any adjoining areas like locker rooms, washrooms, pathways or garden areas within the territorial extent of turf & sporting facility location.
Food & Beverages are not allowed on the playing field/sports arenas but may be consumed elsewhere.
Management/staff/employees shall not be responsible for any loss of a member’s personal belongings.
Management shall not be held responsible for any conflict among the players.
Management holds the right to cancel the booking at its discretion without giving any valid reason.
If the member is a parent, his child/children shall be allowed to play under his membership. However, in the contingency that such a member’s child brings along other nonmember players, whether minor or not, such a member alone shall be responsible for their safety and conduct;
Management advises all members to play a fair game; and encourage sportsman spirit and culture.
Any value-added services for a particular game require a minimum 24 hour notice period prior to such game and must be requested, in specificity, by the member requiring such services via a call made to the Book Your Slot Booking number or contact number or email.
The member understands the rules and regulations laid by Book Your Slot and acknowledges to follow the same.
The member has provided all the right and true information that has been requested, in the online registration membership form – and has given proper valid identity proof of him or his natural parents/legal guardians if he is a minor. If the player has given wrong information, the membership will be cancelled, and the member blacklisted from Book Your Slot booking services & platforms.
